I am currently wearing a 24/7 fitness tracker since February 8th, 2024. This wearable constantly tracks my heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, and sleep. Fortunately, the software allows exportation of my data metrics. I enjoy analyzing these biomarkers to make data-driven decisions about my daily habits and routines in pursuit of optimizing my overall health and wellness.
